Minimum weekly bookings during summer, and three night bookings during winter (smaller bookings to be approved by host)
ADDITIONAL FEES

Damage Deposit: $1,000. Upon inspection at the termination of rental, this deposit will be refunded less any costs for damage(s) incurred.

A cleaning fee of $300 will be applied to all rental agreements. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
